Art 'critic', Ooni of Ife boosts appreciation at The Content Show

Yesterday, Lagos, Ikeja specifically, got a feel of royal knowledge in art appreciation when the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi opened The Content -Spring Edition  exhibition.
 While being led on tour of the exhibits by the organiser, Mrs Modupe Ogunlesi and curator, Lekan Onabanjo at Adam&Eve, GRA, Ikeja, the Ooni showed that he has an understanding of art. On nearly every each of the eight exhibiting artists' works, Oba Adeyeye 'critique' what he saw on the walls.  Tayo Adenaike, Olu Ajayi, Ini Brown, Sam Ovraiti, Lekan Onabanjo, Tunde Soyinka,
Kehinde Sanwo and Victor Obasuyi are the master watercolourists of The Content -Spring Edition show.
 The king also commended Mrs Ogunlesi-led Adam&Eve for providing space and opportunity for the exhibition. On the exhibiting artists, he urged them to keep the spirit of art and culture alive in promoting Nigeria's tourism potentials.
 The third of the exhibitions, in one year titled The Conten - Spring Edition continued till April 30, 2018 Adam&Eve.
